Devon Red is a medium cider. It’s clean, crisp and refreshing. A real thirst quencher.

Our signature Premium British Lager is influenced by the Bavarian Helles style, but just like all Utopian Beers, it has been brewed solely with the finest, British grown malted barley and hops. A slow, low temperature fermentation followed by a long cold conditioning, gives this lager a crisp, clean finish.

Using the fresh pressed juice from apples picked locally, our master cider makers ferment with champagne yeast and mature the cider for up to 6 months, before cold-filtering to create a 5% medium dry cider that’s full of flavour and character. Never from concentrate, never pasteurised.

This beer is everything we love about lager, in a refreshing, easy drinking package. Loaded with rich Vienna malt , double decocted, and rounded off with one of our favourite British hops, Harlequin. Big flavour, Small Pils.

Hop Thief Cold IPA has its origins in the West Coast IPA style and ours is no exception with a solid malt backbone and a big dry hop with 100% British Hops. The difference comes in fermentation where we use our house lager yeast at a lower temperature to give the beer a crisp, dry clean finish.
